Create a New Lease From a Rental Application

You can create a new lease or draft lease while reviewing a prospect's rental application.

Overview

Once you have made your decision and approved a prospect, you can begin the new lease wizard. You can do so from the rental application.

The Steps

  1. To create a new lease from a rental application, click Leasing on the main menu and then click Rental Applications.

  2. On the Rental Applications page, find and click on the rental application of the prospect you want to create a new lease for.

  3. Then, on the prospect's rental application overview, click their name at the bottom to be taken to their prospect profile.

  4. On the prospect's profile, click the New Lease button to begin the New Lease wizard.
