Welcome back! If you were previously a DoorLoop customer and are now returning, reactivating your account is quick and simple, just as you’d expect from property management software built for speed.
We’re excited to continue growing with you and to provide the tools and support you need to manage your properties with ease. Here’s how to get started.
The Steps
To reactivate your DoorLoop account and begin the service again, first log into your DoorLoop account using the same login and password you used in the past.
Once logged in, you'll be presented with a "Subscribe to a plan" screen. You will not be able to move past this screen until you select a plan by choosing Update Plan or Upgrade Plan if you are moving up a subscription tier level.
Clicking on one of the plans will send you to the Checkout page. Check your billing address by clicking Change, and make sure everything is still correct. This is important as it will determine if you'll be charged sales tax for your subscription.
Next, enter a new payment method under the Payment Method section by clicking Change.
From here, you can choose to add your credit card, debit card, or your bank account.
Click Update Subscription when you've completed entering your information.
You should now be on the Subscription and Billing page. It is suggested that you now log out of your account and log back in. Once you do, you should now have full access to your DoorLoop account again.
