Overview
If you have a recurring payment that you no longer want to receive on a schedule, you can delete the recurring payment on a lease.
The Steps
To delete a recurring payment on a lease, click on Leasing on the main menu and then click on Active Leases.
Find and click on the lease you want to edit a recurring payment on.
On the lease, click on the Rent tab and find the recurring payment you need to delete under the Other Recurring Transactions section.
Click on the 3-dots on the right side of the recurring payment line and choose Delete.
