Delete a Recurring Payment on a Lease

If you are no longer receiving payments on a set schedule, you can delete the recurring payment.

Overview

If you have a recurring payment that you no longer want to receive on a schedule, you can delete the recurring payment on a lease.

The Steps

  1. To delete a recurring payment on a lease, click on Leasing on the main menu and then click on Active Leases.

  2. Find and click on the lease you want to edit a recurring payment on.

  3. On the lease, click on the Rent tab and find the recurring payment you need to delete under the Other Recurring Transactions section.

  4. Click on the 3-dots on the right side of the recurring payment line and choose Delete.
