We've completely revamped several core features in DoorLoop, for ease of use and expansion of capabilities. This includes a brand-new Lease Renewal Dashboard with Renewal Offers, expansion of weekly agenda emails, a new Rental Applications preview mode, Create Bills from Work Orders, and more!!!

We've completely revamped our upcoming renewals feature with a brand new Renewals dashboard that empowers users to manage every stage of the lease renewal process from a single, streamlined interface. You will now be able to create Renewal Offers for tenant retention, Renew Contracts (drafts), and keep up with Signature Requests to finalize the renewal process. All of this can now be done from within DoorLoop!

We've also improved our Weekly Agenda Emails to include renewal reminders! You will now see how many leases are approaching expiration within 90, 60, and 30 days, which will help you stay proactive about upcoming lease expirations!
