If you need to view information about all your tenants at once, you can use the various tenant reports that DoorLoop provides. These tenant reports include the Current Tenants report, Future Tenants report, Previous Tenants reports, Tenant Pets Report, and Tenant Vehicles Report. These reports can be printed and exported to Excel-compatible format.

The Current Tenant Report will show information about all your tenants who are currently in an active lease. These are tenants who are listed as "current." The Current Tenant Report will include tenant contact information - phone and email, what property and unit they are on, their move-in date, move-out date if one is set, and their date of birth.

The Future Tenant Report is exactly like the Current Tenant Report but will only show information about tenants who are listed as "future." These are tenants who have not moved in yet and are in leases with a move-in date set in the future. The Future Tenant Report will include tenant contact information - phone and email, what property and unit they are on, their move-in date, move-out date if one is set, and their date of birth.

The Previous Tenant Report is exactly like the Current Tenant Report but will only show information about tenants who are listed as "past." These are tenants who have already moved out and their leases have been ended and are inactive. The Previous Tenant Report will include tenant contact information - phone and email, what property and unit they are on, their move-in date, move-out date if one is set, and their date of birth.

The Tenant Pets Report will list tenants who have Pets added to their tenant profile. This report will include information about your pet - Pet Name, Pet Type, and Breed. If selected in the options to add columns, you can also view Age, Weight, Color, Gender, Spayed, and Service Animal.

Like the Tenant Pets Report, the Tenant Vehicles Report will show all tenants who have vehicle information entered on their profile. This report will include Make, Model, and Year, as well as Color and License Plate if those columns are added to the report.
