Overview
DoorLoop makes it easy and transparent to manage your subscription details. You can now view your full payment history right within your account and download all past and current subscription invoices whenever you need them.
It’s one more way we’re helping you stay organized and in control, so you can spend less time on paperwork and more time managing and growing your properties.
The Steps
To view your subscription payment history and invoices, click Settings on the main menu and then click Subscription and Billing.
On the Subscription and Billing page, click the Invoice History button at the top right corner.
This will take you to your DoorLoop Subscription Portal. Here is where you can see your subscription payment history and your subscription invoices. If you need to view and download a subscription invoice, click the subscription invoice.
On the following invoice information page, you can either download the invoice or download a receipt.
That's it. Following these steps will let you view your subscription payments and your subscription invoices anytime you want.
