View Your Outgoing Payment Limits

Check what your sending limit is for your Outgoing Payments

Overview

All Outgoing Payment accounts have a maximum sending limit for transactions. These transaction limits are put in place to protect you from any fraudulent behavior from tenants that could cause a loss in finances. If you want to view your current Outgoing Payments limit,, follow the instructions below.

The Steps

  1. To view the sending limit of your outgoing payments account, click Accounting > Outgoing Payments on the main menu.

  2. On the Online Outgoing Payments page, click the Usage & Limits info tab. Here, you can see what your sending limits are for the month.

    • The top status bar shows you how much of your Monthly Limit you have used. This would be the total of all your accounts that you have set up for Outgoing Payments.

    • If you hover over the amount under the Max Monthly Payment per Account, a popup will appear where you can see what the limit is for that specific bank account.
