Overview
The Notifications Log shows email and text message notifications sent — such as announcements, rent reminders, and other automated messages — separate from direct SMS conversations, which live under the Communications tab instead. You can view this log for a specific tenant, or for a specific lease (useful when a lease has multiple tenants and you want to see everything sent related to that lease in one place).
The Steps
View Notifications for a Tenant
Click People > Tenants on the main menu.
Find and click the tenant whose notification history you want to view.
On their profile, click the Notifications Log tab.
You'll see a history of all the notifications sent to them.
View Notifications for a Lease
Click Leasing > Active Leases (or Inactive Leases) on the main menu.
Find and click the lease whose notification history you want to view.
On the lease, click the Notifications Log tab.
You'll see a history of all the notifications sent related to that lease — useful for tracking messages sent to multiple tenants on the same lease in one place.
Either method gives you a complete record of the notifications sent, without needing to dig through your Communications Log for the full company-wide list.
