Credit cards are charged a platform fee no matter which subscription tier you are on.

If you accept international credit cards, your credit card platform fee will be 4% for everyone.

If your tenant is seeing random platform fees that don't align with what your ACH fees are, then most likely, they are using a credit card or a debit card and being charged 3.25% of the total payment they made.
