When you send an outgoing payment in DoorLoop, whether to a tenant, owner, or vendor, the payment is processed and sent through our trusted partner, Checkbook.io.
Here’s what to expect:
The recipient will receive an email from Checkbook.io with instructions on how to receive their payment.
A Checkbook.io account will be created for them automatically to securely store their deposit account details (ACH).
All payment notifications and reminders will come from Checkbook.io, not DoorLoop.
If the recipient needs to update their deposit information or manage their account, they can do so directly on the Checkbook.io website.
This process helps ensure that payments are fast, secure, and simple for everyone involved.
