The Steps
The new DoorLoop AI Assistant can be accessed by clicking AI Assistant on the main menu. This will bring up the main AI Assistant text box, where you can interact with DoorLoop in entirely new ways.
What can it do?
Your DoorLoop AI Assistant is built to take work off your plate. Ask questions, delegate tasks, or get instant answers on the spot. From drafting messages to pulling reports, it’s always ready to help you move faster, stay organized, and focus on what really matters - growing your business.
Below are some examples of questions and tasks you can have the AI Assistant perform:
Which units are empty right now?
Can you add a tenant to my Oak Street building?
I need this month’s rent roll for my downtown portfolio.
Please highlight today's responsibilities.
List all tenants with balances due.
Summarize the performance of all my properties.
Tip: If you want a list of common tasks the DoorLoop's AI Assistant can perform, ask it "what are some common tasks you can perform?"
Start a new chat
When starting a new topic, it's always a good idea to start a new "chat." This way, the DoorLoop AI Assistant can start fresh without any previous inquiries and data getting in the way. You can do so by clicking the "Start New Chat" button in the Chat History side bar.
View a history of your chats with the AI Assistant
You can view a complete list of the chats you've had with the DoorLoop AI Assistant by clicking the "Chat History" button at the top right corner.
