Renaming Workflows for Custom Templates
Each template in DoorLoop's Workflows can be modified based on your needs. To keep track of what each workflow does, you can rename your workflows for better organization and be able to recognize them at a glance.
To change the name of a Workflow, click Workflows on the main menu. Then click the workflow you want to rename.
Next, click the Gear icon.
On the Workflow Settings pop-up, enter a new name in the Workflow Name field. Optionally, you can also enter a new Workflow Description to further help identify what the workflow does.
Click Save to complete the renaming of the workflow.
Deactivate a Workflow
While workflows run automatically, you may need to deactivate one, whether you've created a new one to replace it or it's no longer needed. In this case, you can easily deactivate with a quick toggle.
To deactivate a Workflow, click Workflows on the main menu. Then click the workflow you want to deactivate.
On the workflow's page, click the Workflow tab.
Click the Edit Workflow button. Then toggle off the Activate Workflow settings.
On the Deactivate Workflow confirmation box, click Deactivate Workflow to continue.
Once you do that, your workflow will be deactivated.
Delete a Workflow
If you would rather delete a workflow completely that you will no longer be using or had created by mistake, click the 3-dots to the right of the workflow you want to delete, and then select Delete.
Quickly Duplicating a Step in the Workflow
When in the workflows editor, you can quickly duplicate a step by clicking the 3-dots on the step you want to duplicate and then clicking Duplicate. This is helpful if you want to keep much of the same information in a step but don't want to go through the hassle of having to reenter all the rules again.
