Overview
There’s a new option in the Customizable Plan settings that lets you, as the property manager, contribute toward an applicant’s application fee. This update is especially helpful in areas where local laws cap how much applicants can be charged—letting you cover the difference without breaking compliance.
To enable this feature, enter the amount that the applicant will pay, and then toggle on the option labeled "Contribute towards application fees." The amount that will be contributed by you, as the property manager, will be automatically filled in under Manager Contribution. This amount will be automatically taken from the the Merchant Account associated with the property after the applicant pays their portion.
