The Steps

Review an Inspection

  1. To review an inspection, click Leasing > Inspections on the main menu.

  2. Find and click on the inspection you want to review.

  3. On the Inspection overview page, you can see a brief summary of the inspection. From here, you can do the following:

    1. Download pdf report: use this to download a detailed report of each room

    2. Create work order: Create a work order for the entire unit

    3. View files: View any files associated with the inspection

  4. If you click the Items & Tasks Creation tab, you can view each Item that was inspected, photos of each item if they were included, the condition of each item, and the ability to create a work order for each individual item.

Create a work order for a specific feature from an Inspection

If you will need to make separate work orders for different features and rooms in the unit, it's recommended to click the Items & Tasks Creation tab instead. From here, you can create a work order for each individual item rather than the entire unit.

(If you need instruction on how to create a work order, read the article: Create a Work Order.)

View all work orders on an Inspection
