You’ve successfully completed your bookkeeping setup — a major step toward getting fully operational.

Welcome to Payments & Closeout, the final stage before your account is fully live in DoorLoop.

This stage focuses on activating your payment workflows and completing a final review of your rent data so you can begin collecting rent and managing finances seamlessly.

What This Stage Unlocks

Once this stage is complete, you’ll be able to take advantage of the full payments experience, including:

  • ACH Bank Transfers — Collect rent directly into your bank account

  • Online Payments — Tenants can pay through the portal with payments automatically tracked

  • Automated Late Fees — Late fees are applied automatically without manual follow-up

  • Full Financial Reporting — Your reports start accurate from day one

Final Steps to Complete

To finish this stage, there are three final tasks:

  1. Connect Your Bank Account

    Link your bank account so funds can be deposited directly and payments can begin processing.

  2. Configure Payment Settings

    Set up your payment preferences, including how tenants will pay and how fees are handled.

  3. Review Your Final Rent Roll

    Confirm that all tenants, lease details, and balances are accurate before going live.
