Tenants cannot pay rent on the DoorLoop tenant portal using Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. These payment methods are not supported.
What To Do Instead
If a tenant wants to pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, they send the payment directly to you outside of DoorLoop. You then record the payment manually in DoorLoop as a received payment on their lease.
