Add New Payment Methods to the Tenant Portal

You cannot add custom payment methods to the tenant portal beyond what DoorLoop officially supports, including credit/debit cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and CashPayments.

You cannot add custom or third-party payment methods to the DoorLoop tenant portal beyond the officially supported options.

Currently Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards

  • ACH / e-Check (bank transfer)

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • CashApp and Chime (via ACH)

  • CashPayments by Western Union

For any payment method not on this list (such as Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle), the tenant pays you directly outside of DoorLoop and you record the payment manually in the system.
