Cash payments made via Western Union (CashPayments feature) typically appear on the tenant's ledger and in your account within 2 business days.

Requirements for the Payment to Process

The payment must have been made specifically using the CashPayments feature at a QuickCollect kiosk. Payments made at other Western Union locations or via other methods will not process through DoorLoop.

What To Do If It's Not Showing

  1. Confirm it has been at least 2 business days since the payment was made

  2. Have the tenant provide a copy of their QuickCollect kiosk receipt

  3. Contact DoorLoop support via the live chat and share the receipt — support can look up the payment on your account
