There are several ways to turn off rent collection depending on what outcome you need:
Options
Disable online payments for the lease — Turn off Enable Online Payments in the lease's Tenant Portal settings. The tenant keeps portal access but cannot make payments and any auto-pays are disabled.
End the lease — Ending the lease disables the tenant portal entirely and cancels all auto-pays.
Delete a specific recurring payment (auto-pay) — If you only want to cancel the tenant's current auto-pay without disabling all payments, delete the recurring payment from the lease.
