If your bank balance has stopped updating or recent transactions are not downloading via Plaid, your bank may be having a temporary connection issue with Plaid. Wait a day to see if it resolves on its own.
How to Fix It
On the Bank Transactions screen, click the 3-dots menu next to the affected bank account and select Refresh. Check the Last Updated date to confirm it changed.
If refreshing doesn't work, click the 3-dots menu again and select Repair Connection. Log in to your bank when prompted — this re-authenticates the session and usually resolves sync issues.
