Yes — you can create a management fee bill first and pay it later. In DoorLoop, vendor bills (including management fee bills) are a two-step process.

How It Works

  1. Create the bill — This records that you (the vendor/property manager) are owed money. The bill shows as unpaid.

  2. Pay the bill — When you're ready to collect, record the bill payment to mark it as paid.

You are not required to pay the bill immediately after creating it.
