Management fee payout categories define which revenue types you keep as the property manager rather than distributing to the owner.

For example, if you keep 100% of late fees, rental application fees, or cleaning fees, you add those categories to your payout categories. When you run management fees, those revenue amounts are added to your management fee bill and excluded from owner distributions.
