To automatically keep certain revenue you collect — rather than distributing it to the owner — add those account categories to your management fee payout categories.

Once a category (such as Late Fees or Application Fees) is added to your payout categories, any time you run management fees, the amounts in those categories are included in your management fee bill and excluded from the owner distribution.
