To keep late fees as part of your management income — rather than distributing them to the owner — add the Late Fees category to your management fee payout categories.
How to Set It Up
Go to Settings > Fees Settings > Management Fees
Under Set Up Payout Categories, add the Late Fees category
Once added, late fees will be included in your management fee bill each time you run fees, and will not be included in owner distributions.
