Tenants cannot make CashPayments through the Western Union website. They must visit a physical Western Union location with a QuickCollect kiosk to make their cash payment.
The Western Union website can be used to look up nearby locations, but the actual payment must be made in person.
How to Find a Location
Tenants can find nearby locations from their Tenant Portal by clicking CashPayments Slip, or by visiting westernunion.com/global-services/find-locations. It is recommended they call ahead to confirm the location has a QuickCollect kiosk.
