CashPayments $5,000 Per-Transaction Limit

Each CashPayments transaction is limited to $5,000 by Western Union. Tenants with higher rent amounts must split payments using partial payments.

There is a $5,000 limit per CashPayments transaction based on Western Union regulations.

If a tenant's rent exceeds $5,000, they will need to split the payment into separate cash payments. You must enable partial payments on the lease so the tenant can pay their full rent amount in multiple transactions.

How to Enable Partial Payments

  1. Go to the tenant's lease in DoorLoop.

  2. Open the lease settings.

  3. Enable Partial Payments.
