Paid Bills Still Showing as Unpaid in DoorLoop

If bills appear unpaid after payment, check Accounting > Open Bills to confirm they were actually marked paid. Use 'Pay Bills' to complete payment if needed.

If bills you've paid are still showing as unpaid, they may not have been fully marked as paid in DoorLoop.

How to Check

  1. Go to Accounting > Open Bills.

  2. Review the list — any bills shown here have not been marked as paid.

  3. If the bill appears there, click Pay Bills in the top right to complete the payment.
