When sending an outgoing payment electronically via Checkbook.io, select 'ePay' as the payment method — not EFT. EFT is for payments made outside DoorLoop.

When sending an outgoing payment electronically through Checkbook.io, select ePay as the payment method.

Do not select EFT. EFT is for payments made outside of DoorLoop using unsupported methods like Venmo, Zelle, etc. — it's a recording option only and does not trigger Checkbook.io to send any payment.
