Recipients (tenants, vendors, owners) do not need to sign up for a Checkbook.io account to receive their payment.

When they receive the payment email, they can choose the "Deposit Payment Online" option. They'll be asked to verify their bank account details, and all future payments will be automatically deposited to that account.
