If a lease's rent amount isn't appearing on the Rent Roll report, the lease most likely does not have a recurring rent charge set up.
How to Fix It
Open the affected lease in DoorLoop.
Check whether a recurring rent charge exists.
If not, add a recurring rent charge to the lease.
Once the recurring rent charge is in place, the amount will appear on the Rent Roll report.
