Overview
If you no longer need a recurring charge on a lease, you can delete it at any time. Unlike a recurring rent charge, a lease isn't required to always have an active recurring charge, so you can delete one whether it's active, expired, or scheduled for the future.
The Steps
To delete a recurring charge on a lease, click Leasing > Active Leases on the main menu.
Find and click on the lease for which you want to delete a recurring charge on.
Click the Rent tab and find the recurring charge you need to delete. Click the 3-dots to the right of the recurring charge and click Delete.
On the Delete Confirmation window, click Delete to finish.
The recurring charge is deleted and will no longer post to the lease going forward.
