DoorLoop 2.0 - Create a Custom View [Early Access]

Save your own custom view with specific filters and columns on any DoorLoop list page — Tasks, Leases, Tenants, and more.

Overview

Many list pages in DoorLoop — such as Tasks & Maintenance, Leases, and Tenants — come with a set of default tabs to help you view your data in different ways. If those default tabs don't quite fit what you need, you can build and save your own custom view with the exact filters and columns you want.

The Steps

  1. On any page that supports custom views, set up your filters and columns exactly how you want them.

  2. Click Add View next to the existing tabs. This automatically saves your current filtered page as a new view.

  3. To rename the new view, click the 3-dots next to the new view's name and select Rename View.

  4. Type the name you want, then press Enter on your keyboard to save it.

Your custom view now appears as its own tab, saved with the filters and columns you set, ready to use anytime.

Note: Reports also support saving custom views, though the process works a bit differently there. Reports use a New View dialog that asks you to name the view upfront, before it's saved — unlike list pages, which save the view first and require a separate rename step afterward.
