Set Up Unit Listing Information

Step 1 - Starting the Unit Listing Wizard

  1. To set up a unit for online listings, click on Leasing > Listings on the main menu.

  2. Find the unit you want to list and click "List Unit" under the Listing Visibility column of the unit.

  3. This will begin the Unit Listing Wizard. Continue to step 2.

Note: You must have a valid and verified Merchant Account set up on DoorLoop in order to list with our partner listing websites.

Tip: Depending on whether this is a Single-Family property type or not, you will get slightly different options here. For single-family homes, you will not get the option to add Unit Details or Unit Highlights.

Step 2 - Enter the Property Details

  1. You will first need to enter the Property Details that the unit sits on. This will include the Property Name, Property Photos, and the Property Amenities.

  2. Enter the Property Name. Use something recognizable and unique to the property, such as the address of name of the development.

  3. Next, add the Property Photos. Only add photos of the exterior of the property here. These should not be duplicates of the Unit photos. We will add interior Unit photos later in the wizard.

You can delete photos by clicking on the trash can icon, or re-arrange photos by clicking and holding on a photo briefly until you are able to move it. The photo furthest to the left will be the thumbnail photo for the unit.

    Image Requirements (Recommended):

    • maximum dimensions allowed for an image is 2048 x 1536 pixels

    • minimum dimension of 1024 x 768 pixels

    • largest file size that can be uploaded is 25 MB.

  4. Lastly, enter the Property Amenities. For the Property Amenities section, check the boxes next to the amenities included in this property. You must add at least one amenity. The amenities here are generally for amenities that are on the outside of the unit. If they don't appear here, they may be under the Unit's amenities list.

  5. Click Next to continue.

Tip: Single-Family property types will need to enter Property Details here that include the property's Size, how many Beds is has, and how many Baths it has. This information is required for listing. Skip to Step 4 if listing a Single-Family home.

Step 3 - Enter the Unit Details

  1. The next step is to add your Unit Details. This will include information such as the unit name, size, beds, baths, photos, and amenities.

  2. First enter a name for your Unit. This can be the unit number or anything else that makes it recognizable.

  3. Next, add the Unit's Size, how many Beds is has, and how many Baths it has. This information is required for listing. (Note that if you are listing a Studio apartment, you can set the number of Beds to 0.)

  4. Now, it's time to add your Unit Photos. You can drag photos into this section or use the click here link to upload photos. Only add photos of the interior of the unit here. These should not be duplicates of the property photos that you added previously. Photos are required for online listings.

You can delete photos by clicking on the trash can icon, or re-arrange photos by clicking and holding on a photo briefly until you are able to move it. The photo furthest to the left will be the thumbnail photo for the unit.

    • largest file size that can be uploaded is 25 MB.
