The Steps

  1. To view the communications log, click Communications > Communications Log on them main menu.

  2. Find the message you want to view. By default, the most recent messages appear at the top of the list. You can also sort the list by the various columns, or use filters and the search bar to narrow down the list.

  3. After finding the message, you can review the recipient, the sent date, and the current status of the message. If you want to see more detailed status information about the message, click the message.

  4. Status icons appear at the top left corner of the message. This shows the recipient's interaction with the messages. For all messages, you can see if the send was successful. For emails, you can also see whether the recipient opened the message and if they clicked on a link. Yellow means sent, Green means delivered, and Red means failed. Hovering over the icons give you the time and date the each action occurred.

  5. You can delete the record of the message by clicking the Delete button in the lower left corner. Keep in mind that this doesn't delete the message for the recipient on their end, only the log of the message.

Now that you know how to use the Communications Log, feel free to review DoorLoop's Communication Center Overview for the bigger picture of what the Communication Center can do.
