Congratulations on your growth! We're excited to be growing with you, so let's talk abut how you can upgrade your plan and make sure you're only paying for the units you use.
The Steps
If you exceed the number of units in your subscription, we will notify you inside DoorLoop. You will have three course of action you can take:
Edit your unit count - You can edit your plan and update the number of units. Learn more.
Make some units inactive - If you don't want to be upgraded to the next tier, you can make some of your units inactive that you aren't using. Learn more.
Don't do anything - If you do nothing, in order to avoid service interruption, we will automatically update your unit count and bill for the new active number of units on Fridays.
