Need to change the billing credit card you have on file to make subscription payments for DoorLoop? We’ve got you covered. Here’s how:
The Steps
To change your billing credit card information, click Settings on the main menu and then click Subscription under the Company section.
On the Subscription Details page, under the Payment Method section, click the Update Payment Method button.
On the Update Card window, fill in your card information and click Save.
You’ve updated your card on file! This credit card will be used for your next billing cycle.
Tip: If you are updating your subscription payment method due to a previous payment issue, log out and log back into your DoorLoop account after updating your payment method. Your DoorLoop account should be active again.
Note: You cannot pay your DoorLoop subscription with your bank account or with a check. You must pay your subscription with a credit card.
