Need to change the payment method you have on file to make subscription payments for DoorLoop? We’ve got you covered.
The Steps
To change your billing credit card information, click Settings on the main menu and then click Subscription and Billing.
On the Subscription and Billing page, under the Payment Method section, click Edit.
On the Update Payment Method window, fill in your new card information or choose the Bank Account option and pay via your bank account. Click Save to finish.
You’ve updated your subscription payment method!
Tip: If you are updating your subscription payment method due to a previous payment issue, log out and log back into your DoorLoop account after updating your payment method. Your DoorLoop account should be active again.
