Update Your Subscription Payment Method Information

Change or update the payment method associated with your DoorLoop subscription.

Overview

Need to update the payment method you use for your DoorLoop subscription? We’ve got you covered, and we make it fast and simple to do.

You can change your payment method at any time right from the Subscription and Billing screen. It’s just one more way DoorLoop gives you the flexibility and control to manage your business with ease.

The Steps

  1. To change your billing credit card information, click Settings on the main menu and then click Subscription and Billing.

  2. On the Subscription and Billing page, under the Payment Method section, click Edit.

  3. On the Update Payment Method window, fill in your new card information or choose the Bank Account option and pay via your bank account. Click Save to finish.

You’ve updated your subscription payment method!

Tip: If you are updating your subscription payment method due to a previous payment issue, log out and log back into your DoorLoop account after updating your payment method. Your DoorLoop account should be active again.
