Overview
If you find that you created an Owner Distribution incorrectly or if the owner distribution numbers don't look correct, use these steps to make fixes or delete the transaction altogether.
Note: Owner Distributions are not available to Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.
The Steps
To edit an owner distribution that has already been created, click People > Owners on the main menu.
Find and click on the owner you want to edit a distribution for.
On the owner's profile, click on the Transactions tab and find the Owner Distribution you need to edit. Click on the 3-dots to the right of the Owner Distribution and click Edit on the popup menu.
On the Edit Owner Distribution window, make any necessary changes to the available fields.
Add any relevant files and click Save.
Note: If you already sent a digital payment for an owner distribution, this change only affects what is recorded in DoorLoop. If you need to change or void the sent payment, you'll need to go to Accounting > Send Payments to make the changes there.
