Overview
If different properties are owned by different entities, or you simply want each property to look distinct to its tenants, you can override your company's default tenant portal branding on a per-property basis. This includes the company name, logo, color theme, portal URL subdomain, and the messages tenants see for requests and portal invites.
The logo and company name you set for a property also appear on the receipts, account statements, and invoices sent to tenants on that property — not just their tenant portal.
See the Property-Specific Tenant Portal Settings section of Customize Tenant Portal Settings for the full steps.
Note: Branding your property with a custom URL only lets you change the default subdomain initially given to you. You can't mask or hide the doorloop.com domain name for the main DoorLoop application.
