If you have a team of users in DoorLoop helping you manage your properties, you might wonder at some point who last deleted a transaction. In the interest of transparency, DoorLoop allows you to see this information on a report. This way, you can easily see who might need additional training.

This also works to find out who last deleted Owner Contributions and Owner Distributions.

The Steps

  1. To find out if a transaction was deleted and/or who deleted the transaction, click on Reports in the main menu and click on the Transactions List report

  2. Use the Report Period filters and the filter button to narrow down the transactions you want to review. In this instance, on the filters panel, you want to select Show under the Deleted Items filter. Then click Close to collapse the panel.

  3. If you want to see who deleted those transactions and when they were deleted, click on the three vertical dots on the right side of the report columns and turn on the Created By and Created At columns as well as the Updated By and Updated At columns to see which user last changed a transaction and when they did it.

  4. If a name appears next to a transaction under the Created by or Updated by fields, that means that user created the transaction or updated the transaction. If no name appears, it was automatically created by the system. (In the example below, the Created by and Created at columns show who and when the original transaction was created. The Updated by and Updated at columns show who and when those transactions were deleted.)

That's it. Using the Transaction List report is a good way to view when transactions were created, updated, deleted, and by whom.
