Enable Technician Access

Learn how to grant DoorLoop Support Agents technician access to your account so we can assist you.

Overview

By default, DoorLoop does not have access to your account or your data. In order for us to have access to your account, you have to actively give us permission from within your DoorLoop account. We do this through technician access, also known as tech access.

The Steps

  1. From the main menu, select Settings and click on the Login & Password button.

  2. You will be prompted to enter your current password in order to enter the Login & Password settings. Click Unlock once you do.

  3. Under the section labeled DoorLoop Technician Access, click on the toggle to allow DoorLoop Support to access your account for the next 30 days.

  4. Click Save to finish.
