Overview
By default, we can’t access your account or your information. If you ever need deeper support, you can grant us temporary access—securely—through a feature called technician access (or tech access).
The Steps
To enable technician access, click Settings on the main menu and click Login & Password.
On the Login & Password Settings popup, enter your Current Password and click Unlock.
Next, you will be asked to enter the 6-digit verification code that is sent to your email. You will have 60-seconds to enter the code. Click Confirm when done.
Once on the main Login & Password Settings window, under the DoorLoop Technician Access section, click the toggle to allow DoorLoop Support to access your account.
Click Save to finish.
Note: Now that technician access is activated, our customer support team will be able to log into your account and troubleshoot.
