By default, DoorLoop does not have access to your account or your data. In order for us to have access to your account, you have to actively give us permission from within DoorLoop.

The Steps

Step 1

From the main menu, select Settings and click on the Login & Password button.

Step 2

The middle section of the pop-up window contains the Technician Access toggle. Click on it to allow DoorLoop Support to access your account for the next 7 days.

Step 3

Before clicking the Save button to confirm the technician access, you will need to enter your current password in the Security Confirmation section.

Note that you DO NOT need to change your password to grant technician access.
