Sometimes you may need to cancel an auto payment for a month or more due to several reasons. For example, you could have credits or discounts and don’t need to pay the full amount that month. Canceling an Auto-Pay is a simple process and we’ll walk you through that below.
Log into your Tenant Portal.
From the main Overview page, click the Payments tab at the top.
You should now see the Payments page. On there, you will see a button that reads, Cancel Auto-Pay.
Click Cancel Auto-Pay. You’ll get a popup to confirm you want to delete the auto-pay.
That’s it. Your recurring auto-payment is now deleted. If you want to enable it, you’ll have to go through the process of creating a new Auto-Pay schedule again. Read the article, How to Make a Payment Through the Tenant Portal for a refresher.
