Overview

If you decide to start a "DoorLoop customer website," one of the neat things you can do is list your available units directly on it. This turns your site into a live marketing tool that helps you fill vacancies faster—no extra logins or clunky steps. All it takes is a few quick setup steps inside DoorLoop.

Note: Listing Syndications is not available to Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.

The Steps

Step 1 - Turning on Listing Syndications

  1. To turn on the listings module for your "DoorLoop Customer Website," click Settings on the main menu. Then click the Listing Syndication button.

  2. On the Listing Sync Options window, toggle on the "Generate Listing Data" option under the Advanced Integrations section.

  3. Click Save to finish.

Note: You cannot embed the "XML file link" under the Generate Listing Data section in your regular website, blog, or any other online source. Listing websites strictly use this link to gather information about your units.

Step 2 - Get Your Units Ready for Listing

  1. To set up a unit for online listings, click on Leasing > Listings on the main menu.

  2. Find the unit you want to list and click "List Unit" under the Listing Visibility column of the unit.

  3. This will begin the Unit Listing Wizard. Continue to step 2.

Note: You must have a valid and verified Merchant Account set up on DoorLoop in order to list with our partner listing websites.

Step 3 - Listings Wizard

You will not be in the Listings Wizard. Here, you will need to add all relevant information pertaining to your unit and property. For detailed instructions on how to do this, read the following article: Create Online Listings for Your Units. This will run you through each part of the Listing's Wizard and what is needed.

Once you complete this step, your unit will appear as listed under the Leasing > Listings page under the Listing Visibility column.

Your unit will also appear on your DoorLoop Customer Website as an available unit.

Get your listings live in minutes. It’s fast, simple, and built right into your DoorLoop website. No extra tools. No wasted time. Just more eyes on your vacancies—and more leases signed.
