Set Up User Notifications

Receive notifications about important activities related to your DoorLoop User account

Written by Samuel

Overview

DoorLoop offers a comprehensive notification system designed to keep users informed about key activities across the platform. Notifications can be delivered through two primary channels: push notifications within the DoorLoop mobile application, and email notifications.

If you have the DoorLoop app installed on your mobile device, you will receive real-time push notifications directly to that device. This ensures timely visibility into important updates without relying solely on email.

The Steps

  1. To set up your user notifications, click Notifications on the main menu. Then, the Notifications panel will appear. (This is also where you will see all your received notifications.)

  2. To edit which activities you want to receive notifications for, click the Gear Icon button at the top left-hand corner of the Notifications panel.

  3. You'll now see the Notifications Settings window with various activities you can be notified of and how you want those notifications received.
