If you encounter any issues or odd behaviors with the software, please contact our support staff using the blue chat icon located at the bottom right-hand side of the app and ask to speak to a representative. Here you'll also be able to search for any help articles or schedule a support call.

To help troubleshoot your issues, please document them with screenshots or videos that you can send to us. This will greatly help expedite your requests and give us a better understanding of what might be happening. This will also give us insight on how long your request might be resolved.
