Overview

DoorLoop sends notifications to you and your users by email. If you're on an iPhone, iPad, or Android phone or tablet, you can also enable push notifications by downloading the DoorLoop app, so you get instant alerts delivered directly to your device.

The Steps

  1. Download the DoorLoop app from your device's app store, or use these links: iOS and Android.

  2. Find the DoorLoop app on your device and tap on it.

  3. On your first login, you'll be prompted with the following:

    • Android: "Allow DoorLoop to send you notifications?"

    • iOS: "DoorLoop Would like to send you notifications"

  4. Tap Allow to enable push notifications.

  5. In the DoorLoop app, tap the Notification Bell icon.

  6. On the Notification Panel, tap the Gear icon in the top right corner.

  7. Edit your Notification Settings and make sure Push Notifications is turned on for each notification type you want to receive this way.

Once enabled, you'll receive instant alerts on your device for the notification types you selected, instead of relying on email alone.
