Overview
DoorLoop currently sends notifications to you and your users on your account via Email. But did you know that Push Notifications are now available to you on your smartphone and tablets? If you're on an iPhone, iPad, or Android smartphone or tablet, you can download the DoorLoop app to get instant notifications delivered directly to your device.
The Steps
The first thing you will want to do is download the DoorLoop app from your respective app stores. You can either search for the DoorLoop app from your device's app store or you can click these links: iOS and Android.
Once you download this, you'll want to follow these steps to enable push notifications.
Find the DoorLoop app on your device and tap on it.
Upon the first login, you will be prompted the following:
Android - "Allow DoorLoop to send you notifications?"
iOS - "DoorLoop Would like to send you notifications"
Tap Allow to enable push notifications.
In the DoorLoop app, click the Notification Bell icon at the top right corner.
On the Notification Panel, click the Gear icon at the top right corner.
Edit your Notification Settings and make sure Push Notifications is turned on for all notification types you want to receive via Push Notification.
