Overview
If you received an email or text message stating that your Tenant Portal is Ready, that means you have been invited to access your tenant portal with your property manager. You'll need to accept this invite before being able to access it and below are the steps for how you would do this.
Accepting the Tenant Portal Invitation
If Received Through Email
If you receive an email invite (Your Tenant Portal is Ready), follow the steps below.
When you receive the email notification for the Tenant Portal invite, navigate to your email and look for the email containing the subject line, “Your Tenant Portal is Ready!”
Open this message and you’ll see a link near the bottom that reads, “Accept Invitation.” Make sure you use the green Accept Invitation link and not the link that reads Account URL.
You’ll be taken to a new page where you will need to complete the details of your login (see the image above). Enter the password you want to use, consisting of letters, numbers, or a combination of both, and then retype the password in the confirmation box.
Note that if you do not see a screen like this and instead see one that reads Welcome Back with an email and password field, you will need to contact your landlord or property manager for further instructions.
Click Sign In to complete the process.
If Received Through Text Message
If you receive a text invite, follow the steps below. Note that if you accept the invitation through the text invite, you still need a valid email address to log into the Tenant Portal.
If you received an invitation via text message, the process is relatively the same.
Click on the link you received in the text message. It will look something like "https://i.doorloop.com/j/gsfdgsfhsfh"
After clicking the link, you'll be prompted to enter a login email address. If you weren't, skip to the next step.
You will now need to enter the password you want to use, consisting of letters, numbers, or a combination of both and then reenter your password to confirm it.
Click Sign In to complete the process.
