Overview
The Lease Account Statement Report lets you select multiple leases and download all the selected lease statements in bulk, saving you time.
The Steps
To download lease account statements in bulk, click Reports on the main menu. Search and click the Lease Account Statement reports.
Use the checkbox to select each of the leases you want to download an account statement for.
On the floating bar that appears after, you will have two options to choose from:
Download Statements: Use this if you want to download each account statement as individual statements. (I you have 5 account statements, that's 5 files that are downloaded.)
Download Combined Statements: Use this if you want all the account statements downloaded as 1 combined file. (If you have 5 account statements, then you'll only have 1 file downloaded. This is useful if you want to print all the account statements at once.)
If you choose the Download Account Statement option, your Lease Account Statements will process and then give you the option to save to a location locally on your device. It will appear as a .ZIP file that you will need to decompress to extract all the account statements.
Your selected lease account statements are now downloaded and ready to use.
