Log Into Your DoorLoop Account With Your Email or Google SSO (Single Sign-on)

Logging into DoorLoop is simple and now includes a Google SSO option.

Overview

To keep your account secure and ensure a seamless experience, DoorLoop requires both an email and password for login. This applies to both Users (property managers, team members) and Tenants.

To activate your account, you must first accept an invitation from your property manager and complete your password setup. If you haven’t done this yet or cannot find your invitation, please contact your property manager and ask them to send you a new one.

In line with DoorLoop’s goal of making property management surprisingly simple, we now also offer the option to log in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO). This provides a faster, more convenient way to access your account—just one more way DoorLoop helps you move at the speed of your business.

The Steps

The default login page for DoorLoop is https://app.doorloop.com/auth/login. You would only use this page if you have already activated your account and created a password for your account. If you have not received any invites, you'd need to contact your property manager and have them send you a new one.

How to log in with an email and password

  1. To log in with your email and password, enter the email address that you originally had your portal invite sent to.

  2. Enter the password that you set up originally.

  3. Click Sign In.

  4. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you'll be prompted to enter your verification code you received by email or SMS based on your settings. You also have the option of clicking the box for "Don't ask me again for 30 days." This lets you log in again later without needing to verify, if on the same device.

  5. Click Sign In again to finish.

If for any reason your email or password is not recognized, you send yourself a password reset by using the Forgot Password link below the sign-in button.

How to log in with Google SSO

You can also log into DoorLoop using the Google SSO option. You will need some type of Google account to use this option, whether it's a Gmail account used with their various products or a Workspace account. It must match the original email you logged in with.

  1. To log in with Google SSO, click the button labeled, Continue with Google.

  2. You will be redirected to a Sign in with Google page prompting you to Choose an account. Select the Google account you want to log in with.

  3. Selecting it should redirect you back to DoorLoop and log you directly into your account.
