Change Your Login Email

Have a new email address and need to change your login email? Here's how.

Overview

Updating the email address you use to log into DoorLoop is a quick and simple process, just as you’d expect from property management software built for speed.

Please note that for security reasons, you’ll need to have access to your DoorLoop account in order to make this change. If you do not currently have access, please contact your property manager or our exceptional support team for assistance.

Note: You can only change your login email if you are already logged into your account.

The Steps

  1. To change your login email, click Settings on the main menu and then click Login & Password under the Personal section.

  2. Enter your Current Password on the Login & Password Settings popup and click Unlock.

  3. Next, you will be asked to enter the 6-digit verification code that is sent to your email. You will have 60-seconds to enter the code. Click Confirm when done.

  4. You'll now be on the Login & Password Settings window. To the right of the Login Email Address field, click the Edit button.

  5. Enter your new email address into the Login Email Address field. (Double check the email address to make sure that everything is correct before clicking save.)

  6. Click Save to finish.

Your login email should now be changed. You can confirm this by logging out of your DoorLoop account and logging back in using the new email address you entered.
